- 1993 - 1995 direct sales/management in the satellite TV industry

- August 2002 earned Indiana real estate salesperson license,
joined ERA Canaan Development Group as REALTOR
- December 2002 recruited by owner of local mortgage brokerage
to become a loan officer in addition to being REALTOR
- January 2003 educational course focused on principles of loan
origination Capstone Institute of Mortgage Finance in Atlanta, GA
- July 2004 earned e-Pro certification for REALTORS specializing in
online skills to provide superior level of service to buyers and
sellers utilizing the internet to help people buy/sell homes
- April 2005 joined RE/MAX Advantage to focus exclusively on
serving clients real estate needs while using my knowledge
gained in the mortgage business to help clients' find the best
terms for financing
- July 2005 obtained Kentucky real estate license allowing me to
help people buy/sell homes in Kentucky as well as Indiana
- August 2005 earned the Accredited Buyer Representative
designation endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS
for agents who meet the experience/knowledge requirements
enabling them to excel at meeting the needs of today's buyers
- May 2006 earned Indiana broker's license and now practice as a
Broker Associate with RE/MAX Advantage
- January 2007 inducted into RE/MAX 100% club for performance in
2006. Ranked in the top 10% of REALTORS 2006 sales volume for
Southern Indiana REALTORS Association.
- March 2007 attended RE/MAX International Convention in Atlanta,
GA. Participated in multiple continuing education workshops to
further my knowledge and skills to better serve my clients.
- August 2007 obtained PADI certification as open water scuba diver
- January 2008 inducted into RE/MAX 100% club for 2007. This was
my second year in a row earning this award. With over $6 million
in closed sales volume, ranked 19th out of more than 500 agents
in Southern Indiana and in top 50 RE/MAX agents in the state.
- March 2008 attended RE/MAX International Convention in Las
Vegas, NV. Participated in multiple continuing education
workshops.
- January 2009 inducted into RE/MAX 100% club for 2008 for the 3rd
consecutive year. In spite of the worst economic crisis since the
Great Depression, I was still able to sell over $5 million in real
estate throughout the Greater Louisville, Kentucky area.
- January 2010 celebrated my 4th year in RE/MAX 100% Club for 2009
which was my best year to date with almost $8 million in sales.
- Currently in pursuit of CRS designation awarded by the Council or
Residential Specialists from the National Association of
REALTORS. I have already met all the sales production
requirements and just have to complete the classroom education
requirements. This designation is held by less than 4% of all
REALTORS in the United States.
- As a standing rule, I remain committed to staying current with the
local real estate market and in investing in educational
opportunities to further my knowledge/skills as an agent to
provide clients' an exceptional level of service thereby creating
repeat clients and referrals.
